"Great leaders are born and not made"

To vastly improve the life of the common man, to provide our contemporary youth with job opportunities, social welfare and human capacity development, to initiate policies that will help promote economic sustainability and financial inclusion and thus alleviating poverty, promote quality education and reap dividends of democracy; we must start by choosing a good leader. A leader with a clear vision and mission. The world is dangerous place to live not because of people who are evil but because of people who don't do anything about it. We says the atrocities perpetrates by bad politicians is enough. Do not let the media or the establishment influence you to pick from the person they choose, but instead choose a person base on pragmatic and credibility.

Pick a leader from among the people who is heart-driven, one who identifies with the common man on the street and understands what the poor needs on every level.

Do not pick a leader who is only money-driven and does not understand or identify the interest of our fellow constituents, but only what corporations need on every level.

Pick a peacemaker. One who unites, not divides. A true leader who supports the arts and true freedom of speech, not censorship.

Pick a leader who chooses diplomacy over trouble. A leader with integrity, one who says what he mean, keeps his word and does not lie to his people.

Pick a leader who is strong and confident, yet humble. Intelligent, but not sly. A leader who encourages diversity, not racism. One who understands the needs of all and sundry.

By all these I mean, pick Hon. Mohammed Aliyu Baba (Dan Amar of Deba) as Senator representating Gombe Central Senatorial District under the platform of People Democratic Party.

Hon. Mohammed Aliyu Baba is a person who serves as the people's inspiration. He is a person with all the characteristics and qualities of a good leader. He is a  gentleman of substance, higher intelligent and charismatic personality. He never explain himself to anyone because the one who like him doesn't need it and the one who doesn't like him won't  believe it. He never regard himself as the cleverest. He received everyone with open hands and a smiling face. He was capable of lifting the society as high as the Mount Everest.

Human life should never be sacrificed for monetary profit. There are no exceptions. In addition, a leader should always be open to criticism, not silencing dissent. Any leader who does
not tolerate constructive and positive criticism from the public is afraid of their dirty hands to be revealed under heavy light. And such a leader is dangerous, because they only feel secure in the darkness. Only a leader who is free from corruption welcomes scrutiny; for scrutiny allows a good leader to be an even greater leader.

When a leader inspires and produces populace worthy of becoming future leaders, honourable decision makers and peacemakers. And in these times, a great leader must be extremely brave. Their leadership must be steered only by their conscience, not a bribe.

My fellow citizens of Gombe Central Senatorial District, here is a man before you. We humbly solicit your prayer, solidarity, mandate, support, endorsement and vote for our outstanding, pragmatic, credible, scrupulous, competent, remarkable, potential, dynamic and sanctimonious candidate - Hon. Mohammed Aliyu Baba (Dan Amar of Deba).
